Welcome to the Aberdeen City Council online Housing Application Form.
The following form can be used by anyone over the age of 16 who does not have a current Housing Application with Aberdeen City Council.
If you have a current application and you have recently changed your address or circumstances, you should contact the goodapple Accommodation and Advice Service on 01224 523151 who will issue you with an appropriate form to complete. Otherwise, you can download a Housing Application Form and return the completed form to the goodapple Accommodation and Advice Service.

If your current accommodation is affecting the health of anyone who is moving, then you can contact the goodapple Accommodation and Advice Service on 01224 523151 who will issue you with the appropriate form to complete. Alternatively you can download a Medical Priority Claim Form and return the completed form to the goodapple Accommodation and Advice Service.

(During 2012 Aberdeen City Council will be making important changes to the way council housing is allocated.
After consultation with our customers, we have been able to develop a simpler, more transparent and user friendly allocation policy based on need, which takes into consideration the supply and demand for our council properties.
It is important to note that those who are applying for housing now will have their application assessed under the criteria set out in the current policy. No changes will be made until the new policy is implemented in 2012. As part of the implementation all applicants will have their applications re-assessed under the new criteria. We will be contacting all our service users in due course with information on any change to their housing application priority.
